http://www.libertymarket.com/I would like to say that this restaurant is amazing! Liberty Market. It's on Gilbert Rd. between Guadalupe and Elliot (in the downtown area across from Joe's Real BBQ, the same guy owns it). Since I have studied food for the past few years, I can't help but love scrumptious things to eat and kudos to it also being pretty healthy :-) Don't get me wrong, I am not entirely healthy...if you know me well I have quite the sweet tooth!! Well here's some cool things about this place other than the good food (wood fired pizzas, grilled sandwiches, espresso bar)...
-they use local organic produce
-back in the 1930s it used to be a family-run grocery store
-it has a little market inside :-)
I know I live miles away from there now, but just thought I'd Blog about it because it's good and everyone should go right now!
