professional wedding photos finally!

After waiting for months and complications with UPS, our photos finally are here! There are about 500 on a cd which made it hard to pick just a few but here are some of my favorites! Theres a lot of family ones and cute ones of the kids too. I may just email those ones out or ask if you want a copy of the cd. Thankyou everyone for supporting us in this event and for all your help!

and the school countdown has begun!

As some of you know (and share my pain like you, Megan), I have been super busy and stressed out applying to internships and the masters program. But at the same time excited to graduate!! I am studying Dietetics and in order to be a Registered Dietitian we have to work an internship for a year after graduating and then take an exam. Soooo... since I am graduating this May (wooo!!), I am applying for those internships right now. I'm trying for the ASU Nutrition Masters too just incase which also includes an internship. It's a strange process because it is very very competitive and you are selected based on a "matching/ranking system". I rank the places I would like to go (after filling out tons of applications, writing papers, etc) and then they rank you how they like you and then the computer matches you up if the ranking # is the same. Very confusing, I barely understand!! So what sucks is that you could be well qualified and they liked you, but if you did not match right you didnt make it in :-( Luckily the Masters is not set up like that so theres a better chance of getting in.

I'll be applying to an internship here in AZ, then San Diego, San Francisco, and Madison, WI. If nothing works out for me this semester then I'll have to try again next time :-( But cross your fingers for me!! So if I do get into an out of state one, Brandon and I would be leaving this summer for about a year. HoneyMoon!!

So I finally made myself sit down and post another blog. Thought I'd share our honeymoon pictures because we had such a good time and it is beautiful there!! It was fun being pampered for a week and the Caribbean is by far our favorite ocean! Didn't see Johnny Depp though :-( We got back last week and spent a whole week there. You'll see all the fun stuff we did in the photos below. Not to mention the food at our resort was great!! I hope everyone gets a chance to go there and visit the ruins sometime, Chichen Itza is now one of the 7 Wonders of the World :-) Those people were genious! Oh and BTW, according to them the world ends in 2012 so watch out! Okay enough talking..here's some photos!
