If you're looking for something to do, low on the funds, and it happens to be the first friday of the month, then.... then you should go to the Phoenix Art Museum for free! It's in the evening and makes a fun little date. Sometimes there's bands playing and theres some good restaurants close by too. :-)
this was someones art creation?...it was in a pitch black room with these little lights everywhere. you could walk through it and it was like being in space! i had to get out because i was walking into the walls. haha

I saw that coal one and the room with the lights last time I was there. They must be permanent pieces or something. How fun. :)
The painting is a full length mirror with a bed on top ....... and a chimney.
how fun! the stars exhibit looks cool. did you guys go with bryant and taryn and go on the art walk, too? we did that a few months ago but didn't make it to the museum... we'll have to try that one of these fridays... :)
